About the speaker: 

Robin completed her PhD in particle physics at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada in 2022. She then made the move across the pond to start as a postdoctoral researcher at Nikhef, the Dutch National Institute for Subatomic Physics, where she currently works. She is a member of the ATLAS experiment at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider, where she focuses on investigating the Higgs boson and searching for new heavy particles.
