About the speaker:
Dr. Ilham El Atmani  recently obtained her PhD in High Energy and Nuclear Physics from the Faculty of Sciences Ain Chock, Hassan II University of Casablanca (Morocco), in collaboration with the STEREO experiment and CEA Paris-Saclay (France). Her research focuses on neutrino oscillations, detector calibration, accurate predictions of neutrino spectra, and cross-section measurements, including joint analyses in collaboration with the PROSPECT experiment.
Dr. El Atmani is particularly interested in the impact of neutrino–nucleus interactions, as well as the continued study of neutrino oscillations and the synergy between neutrino and dark matter physics. Her work combines experimental instrumentation, data analysis, computing, and phenomenology. Following the completion of her PhD, Dr. El Atmani held a short-term teaching position at Hassan II University of Casablanca, while continuing her research activities.
