Flavour tagging techniques for CPV studies in the Bs system with ATLAS

Presented by Mr. Tomas JAKOUBEK on 11 Jul 2014 from 10:40 to 10:45
Type: Poster

The sensitivity to Bs meson mixing phenomena can be significantly improved by distinguishing the initial meson flavour. We present the flavor tagging techniques, as used for instance in the ATLAS measurement of the angular amplitudes contributing to Bs -> J/psi phi (mu+mu-K+K-) decays. The methods, their performance and calibration on self-tagged B+ -> J/psi K+ data are shown.
