Venue Details
Some days of the meeting will be held on the Mile End campus, and some on the Whitechapel campus. These are about 20 minutes walk / 7 minutes on public transport away from each other. Details of how to find them are here and here respectively.

Travel to London
Queen Mary is located in east London, which is easily accessible by train or by air from most places in the UK and the world.
There is good public transport around the city, which runs frequently. Both CityMapper and TFL are good for transport information.
Accommodation
There are many hotels and accommodation options within easy walk or tube/bus ride of the university. Travelodge Mile End is a convenient suggestion; it is in the Stepney Green area, which is equidistant from the two meeting locations. Some other options are listed here. Public transport in the area is frequent and generally reliable if you wish to stay a little further away.
