Description
The IRIS Collaboration Meeting will be taking take place at College Court Conference Centre, Leicester.  Registration will start approximately 11.45am  on 4th December , with a Networking Lunch at 12 pm and talks starting at 1pm.  Participation in person is recommended to get the most from the event. 
Arrival by Train
College Court is only 1.4 miles from Leicester Train Station.  There is a a taxi rank based at Leicester Train Station.  A taxi to College Court shall cost approximately £6.00
Arrival by Car
College Court is convenienty located within easy reach of the M1 and M69 motorways.  Please use the postcode LE2 3QT or Knighton Road, Leicester when using a SatNat device.
College Court offers ample complimentary car parking spaces, including designated disabled bays.  Access is available from Knighton Road and barriers control access to and from the car park.
ACCOMMODATION - Is On Site
Check in is from 2pm on day of arrival
Check out is before 10am on day of departure
Breakfast is served in the Dannatt Building from 7.30am to 9.00am
Please be advised, a late check out fee is charged at £10 per hour + vat where applicable
