Description
The IRIS Collaboration Meeting will be taking take place on 2nd - 3rd July, at Imperial College London, Exhibition Road, London, SW7 2AZ in the City and Guilds Building - Room 664. Registration will start at approximately 11.30am on 2nd July, with a Networking Lunch provided. Participation in person is recommended to get the most from the event. 

The City and Guilds Building can be accessed from Dalby Court or from the College's main entrance on Exhibition Road.  From the City and Guilds Building main entrance, walk through the main foyer and take the stairs or lift up to the sixth floor.  Turn towards the main corridor as you exit the lift.  Turn left down the corridor and room 664 will be on your right hand side.


Arrival by Train
The nearest Underground Station is South Kensington, on the District Circle and Piccadilly lines.

South Kensington Campus is easily accessibly by bus.  A number of routes pass within easy walking distance of the campus.

On Foot
From South Kensington Station, the campus is only a 10 minute walk.  Either follow the subway signposted to the museums or walk north up Exhibition Road.  The College is next to the Science Museum.

Arrival by Car
Car parking at South Kensington Campus is severley restricted and you are advised not to bring a car unless permission has been given.

We will not be providing funding for accommodation this year, however if you would like recommendations, please contact Joanne - joanne.ogden@stfc.ac.uk.

WORKSHOP DINNER
There will be a Workshop Dinner taking place on 2nd July, arrive between 19:00 - 19:20 at Hux Brasserie Restaurant, 23-25 Gloucester Road, South Kensington, London, SW7 4PL.  Details to follow.

FIRE ALARM TEST
There is a fire alarm scheduled to take place at 08:00 on Wednesday 3 July.  If you need to evacuate, follow the running person signs on level 6 to the staircases.
